Before and during :) I was 153lbs on the left (before my highest weight; that was 165 at the end of the summer) and 143 on the right! I feel awesome :)

This is a picture of my progress over the course of around 3 and a half months. Still got a long way to go, but every pound is a victory :) The 148lbs picture was taken earlier today.
